When Nicholas was fighting cancer, there were a few items which he asked for everyday.

Whether he was home sitting on the couch, heading for a day at clinics or being admitted into the hospital, Nicholas always grabbed for his backpack filled with things to help him get through his day.

Some of the items that were an absolute must were his own backpack filled with a personal blanket to keep him warm and comfortable, his own pillow to snuggle up with and his favorite video games to keep him engaged.
